Workshop Facilitators
Paramount Professionals Etiquette Academy is seeking skilled professionals and educators to serve as Workshop Facilitator Partners for our youth programming. We partner with individuals who are passionate about developing the next generation and have experience working with children and adolescents in educational, nonprofit, or community-based settings.
Facilitators lead engaging, interactive workshops aligned with PPEA’s signature curriculum— covering areas such as etiquette, communication, leadership development, relational safety, and essential life skills. Our goal is to deliver high-impact, culturally relevant experiences that equip scholars ages 8–18 with the confidence and competencies needed to thrive in academic, professional, and social environments.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals who can bring energy, structure, and real-world insight into the learning space while maintaining a supportive and respectful environment for youth.
Workshop Facilitators are contracted on a flexible, as-needed basis and play a critical role in expanding PPEA’s reach across schools, community organizations, and partner sites throughout Metro Detroit. A cleared background check and reliable transportation is required. This position pays $75/ hour.
Guest Speakers
Paramount Professionals Etiquette Academy (PPEA) invites professionals across diverse industries to partner with us as guest speakers for our scholars ages 8–18. We are committed to exposing youth to real-world career pathways, and we believe that direct access to professionals is a powerful tool for inspiration, confidence-building, and informed decision-making.
Through our programming, guest speakers have the opportunity to share their career journeys, lessons learned, and insights into their respective fields—helping students connect classroom skills
to real-life application. These engagements support experiential learning by giving scholars tangible examples of success, representation, and possibility.
Whether you are an entrepreneur, corporate professional, skilled tradesperson, or creative, your story has the power to expand a young person’s vision for their future.
Schools & Community Parnterships
Paramount Professionals Etiquette Academy (PPEA) partners with schools and communitybased organizations to deliver high-impact youth programming that builds confidence, leadership, and real-world readiness for scholars ages 8–18. Our programming is designed to complement academic instruction while strengthening social-emotional learning, communication skills, and college and career preparedness.
We offer flexible partnership models and are available to facilitate workshops and cohort-based programming during the school day, after school, or on weekends. In addition to direct instruction, PPEA actively supports partner sites through student recruitment, family engagement, and community visibility efforts.

Facilitate workshops and multi-week programs on-site
Participate in school and community events, including tabling opportunities
Engage with parents, caregivers, and community stakeholders
Provide guest speaking for assemblies, career days, and special events
Partnerships with PPEA also include collaborative recruitment strategies and digital branding opportunities, helping to amplify impact and visibility across your school or organization’s network. We are committed to building meaningful, results-driven partnerships that support youth development and expand access to critical life skills programming across Metro Detroit.
